How to find your files once they are downloaded on iPhone and Android

iPhone, iPad or Android:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Files app. 

Don't see the blue Files icon on your Home Screen? Just swipe or search for "files", then look for the Files icon (see highlighted image below).

2. Next, click on the files icon and look for the song or album you downloaded and simply click on it.

1. Open the Android app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. You can also access the app drawer by tapping its icon on the home screen.

2. Tap My Files (or File Manager).

3. Inside the My Files app, tap Downloads.
